    How to supply your artwork:
    Supply only a high resolution secure PDF file (at least 300 dpi, saved including all tiffs and fonts, set to CMYK). 
    Digital artwork can be sent by email, zipped, to:

    preprint@wichtig.it specifying the journal and issue it refers to.

    In alternative, send the artwork on a CD-ROM together with a progressive colour and printing proof, delivered DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) directly to the publisher, specifying the publication they are addressed to, to the following address:

Commercial reprints are an exact replica of the published articles and are usually delivered within 4 working weeks.

    Standard reprints are supplied in black and white or colour, printed on high quality paper, stapled and shrinkwrapped in small bundles. Standard reprints are supplied with a standard black and white cover, and they can be personalized with the Client’s code or disclaimer at no extra cost.

    Supplement general guidelines

    Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the Author Guidelines. Supplement Coordinators should submit an initial request to special_sales@wichtig.it supplying the following information:

  • A brief summary of supplement's intended subject
  • A tentative Table of Contents indicating all Authors' and Contributors' names
  • The name of the proposed Guest Editor for the supplement
  • Target completion date for manuscripts and target release date for the supplement

  • The Editor in Chief has the right to reject or accept supplements. All manuscripts will be subject to review. If the Editor approves the tentative project, the coordinators will receive a full quotation directly from the Publisher. The quotation will be based on the number of manuscripts included in the supplement, the estimated final pagination, colour figures, additional copies required and any additional services which might be requested. Supplements are published online and in print.
